
Alex Ike Okeke
Highway Engineer
Mr. Okeke is the Director of Finance. Mr.
Okeke attended Alabama A & M University in Huntsville, Alabama, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He thereafter attended
Howard University Washington, D. C. for Master of Science degree program in Civil Engineering. He also attended Bowie State University Graduate School in Bowie, Maryland, where he received a Graduate Certificate and earned credits towards a Master of Art
degree in Management Information Systems. For his love for humanity, Mr. Okeke
went further and earned a second Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Villa Julie College in Baltimore Maryland.
Since graduation, he has been working with the Maryland Department of Transportation as a Senior Highway Engineer.
In the Maryland metropolitan area, where he resides with his wife and three beautiful daughters, Mr.
Okeke is known for his social, leadership, humanitarian, and political activities. He
is the founding President of the Anambra State Association–USA, Baltimore Metropolitan Branch, a non-profit association
of Anambra State citizens living in Baltimore Maryland. In 1989 he was listed in "Outstanding
Young Men In America.” While in the University, he served in the Student
Government Association of Alabama A & M University as the Student Government Parliamentarian, the first International
student ever to hold an elected office in the A & M Student Organization Association. He also served as the Secretary
to the International Student Organization of the same university. Due to his
active involvement in school politics and community leadership, in 1981, he was included in the "Who's Who Among Students
in American Colleges and Universities." He is an active member
of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. He is also an active member of the African
American Engineers group at Maryland State Highway Administration, where he works to improve relations between management
and minority engineers.
In 1998, when it
was almost impossible to get involved in politics because of threats to lives, Mr. Okeke went to Nigeria
to participate in the politics. He campaigned under the platform of the defunct
United Nigeria Congress Party (UNCP) to represent Nnewi Federal Constituency, his home area, in the National Assembly. His aspirations to work for the good of Nigeria
have led him to become a founding member of the Nigerian Policy Council.

Sir.Tony O. Nammor
Civil / Environmental Engineer
Mr. Nammor is the Director of Communications.
Mr. Nammor holds a Bachelor of Science
degree from University of Maiduguri, Nigeria,
a post-graduate diploma in Planning from University College, London, England, and a Master of Science degree in Civil Environmental Engineering from Virginia
Institute of Science and Technology, USA. He is also a certified Solar Engineer
with American Solar Energy Society. In the course of his career, he has completed
various International leadership and management programs and holds certificates in Information Systems. He works as a Consulting
Engineer with Maryland
State Highway.
Currently, Mr. Nammor sits on the Board of Directors of OMNI Solar Group of Companies (OSG) USA as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer.
He is a Coordinator for the Nigerians in Diaspora Organization (NIDO) Washington DC Chapter, and a member National
Association for Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). He served in Nigeria at the Federal Ministry of Lands, Survey and Town Planning Jos, Plateau State in
the department of Lands, Survey & planning before leaving the country for further studies.
In the United States of America, he received an Achievement
Award (Classified) from the United States Department of Defense on Homeland Security for actively participating in the co-ordination,
training and deployment of over 50, 000 Federal Security Forces involved in securing the nations airports and seaports after
the September 11, 2001 terrorist
attack. He was also a Senior Analyst with Science Application International. In
addition, he serves on the United Nations’ Volunteer Service Commission as a coordinator for the United Nations Development
Programs. He is also a member of the African Engineers Without Boarders, a volunteer,
non profit organization of African professional engineers formed to promote networking among members and service to their
communities. Additionally, Mr. Nammor is a fellow of the Royal Geographic Society
in United Kingdom, a member of the Royal Society of Environmental Engineers,
and a member of the American Solar Energy Society.

Theo Ogune
Attorney At Law
Mr. Ogune is the Director of Planning and Strategy.
Mr. Ogune practices law in the Maryland metropolitan area, and specializes in Commercial and Corporate Litigation.
Mr. Ogune has a Bachelors degree in Sociology and Anthropology, a Masters of Science degree in Applied Psychology,
a J.D., and is currently completing his Ph.D. degree in Public Policy at the University of Maryland,
Baltimore County.
During law school, Mr. Ogune worked for several judges in Maryland, including the Honorable Charles
E. Moylan, Jr. of the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland, the Honorable Roger W. Brown, Sr. of the Circuit Court for Baltimore
and the Honorable Mabel H. Hubbard of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. Upon graduation from law school, he clerked for the Honorable Joseph P. McCurdy, Jr. of the Circuit Court
for Baltimore City. Thereafter, he joined the law firm of
Venable, LLP, a 500-lawyer, premier law firm in the Washington metropolitan area, where he practiced law until September 2004,
when he went into solo practice.
Mr. Ogune has devoted a sizeable amount of time to public service. He
spent a number of years working with developmentally challenged individuals in the United States, including associating with the District of Columbia Association of Retarded Citizens, and the Community Service
for Autistic Adults and Children in Rockville, Maryland. In addition, he belongs to several professional
organizations, among which are the American Bar Association, the National Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association,
and the Nigerian Lawyers Association. As a member of the Maryland State Bar Association,
he was the Chair of the Disaster Relief Committee, Chair of the Public Projects Committee, and a member of the Membership
Committee. He also was the Vice President of the Nigerian Lawyers Association.
Mr. Ogune has received several awards for academic achievements and public service.
For academic achievements, he was a member of Psi Chi (an honors society in Psychology), Sigma Iota Epsilon (an honors
society in Management), and “Who is Who Among Students in American Universities
and Colleges.” For his public service, as the Chair of the Disaster Relief
Committee of the Maryland State Bar Association, he received the Leadership in Law Award for his work in organizing free legal
help for victims of the 9/11 and La Plata tornado disasters. He also received the
Committee Chair of the Year Award from the Maryland State Bar Association.

Godson M. Nnaka
Investment Banker & Attorney At Law
Mr. Nnaka is the Director General of NIPOC. Educated
in Economics, Finance, and Law, Mr. Nnaka began his career in the United State as an employee in a management position at Maryland National Bank, a $21 Billion asset-based
regional bank that is now part of the present day Bank of America. After several
years at the Bank, Mr. Nnaka joined the Sygnort Corporation, a diversified international corporation, where Mr. Nnaka was
the Executive Vice President responsible for private placements, business and products development, and strategic planning. His career at Sygnort Corporation took him to several countries, and earned him respect
among his peers in the global business community
Mr. Nnaka left Sygnort Corporation to attend law school. Upon graduation
from law school, he completed a graduate diploma program in International and Comparative Law at Oxford University
under the sponsorship of the University of San Diego Law School. Upon completing
the program at Oxford University, he returned to the United State, where he founded and
become the principal partner of the Law Firm of Nnaka & Co., Chartered. The
law firm provides services to governments, private and public companies, as well as individuals, in business matters, civil
litigation, immigration, personal injuries, international transactions, corporate finance, Family Law, real estate and energy
and entertainment Law. The law firm has offices in Baltimore, Houston and Washington,
D. C.
In addition to his work as an attorney, Mr. Nnaka has served or currently serves on the Board of Directors of the following
firms, Zobil Oil & Gas, Ltd., The Whitestone Groupe, Cadland Food Ltd, and Sunbelt Industrial Corporation. He has received numerous citations from public, private and municipal organizations. He is a member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States, American
Trial Lawyers Association, Maryland State Bar Association, District of Columbia Bar, U.S.
Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, American Immigration Lawyers Association, and Baltimore Council on Foreign Affairs.

Theresa Obot
Attorney At Law
Ms. Obot is the General Secretary. Ms. Obot practices law in Baltimore, Maryland. She attended the University of Lagos in Nigeria from where she graduated with a law degree in 1982. She was called to the Nigerian
Bar in 1983. Ms. Obot worked as a prosecutor in the Department of Public Prosecution in Calabar, Cross River State in Nigeria. She thereafter joined the Nigerian Federal
Civil Service as Legal Aid Counsel, working specifically for the Legal Aid Council, where she advocated for indigents from
1985 to 1990. She earned a Master of Law degree from the University of Jos, Nigeria in 1992. She was the Chairwoman
of Nigerian Bar Association, Jos Chapter.
Ms. Obot immigrated to the United States of America in 1994. She is licensed to practice law in New York and Maryland. Prior to her licensure in New York and
Maryland, she worked as a Booking Administrator with Maryland Department
of Pretrial Services from 1995 to 2000. Upon her licensure, she began her private
practice as The Law Office of Theresa I. Obot, where she remains as the principal.
Ms. Obot has a passion for working and advocating for less
advantaged people, especially women and children. In her Baltimore community, she is involved in several community activities, but, relevant
to Nigeria, she serves as the legal adviser the to Baltimore/Washington
DC chapter of Nto Annang Foundation, a non-profit organization of people from her state of origin in Nigeria. She is married with four sons.
